Currently, the only RDM that is OCG. The Hope Fall used by Astral has not yet been converted to OCG.
It targets monsters with a lower rank than itself, and you might think that the range of monsters that can be Special Summoned is wide, but since you can only get Utopia monsters, you can only get Hope Roots, which have little practicality, from normal Hope.
For the time being, Hope Kaiser can be called in general, but Hope Kaiser also has the effect of calling Numbers if it is an Extra Deck, and that one has a wider range of Special Summons, and it cannot be used in combination with this card.
Until Zexal Construction appeared, there was almost no way to search for it, so it can be said that it is a card that has been treated coldly even among the cards that Yuma used.

It's limited to Hope and it lowers the rank, so it's hard to find a way to use it.
Although it basically weakens it, the benefit that comes with it is that you can just rank up to Victory or Lightning by negate the opponent's effect during battle.
If I had to say it, it would be better to use this in Main Phase 2 when you failed to finish off your opponent with Hope Ray or Beyond, and use it to set up your opponent's turn beyond.
At the very least, if it was a Quick-Play Spell, it would have been useful to bind Hope, but...

Why did you tie up Hope...
Hope is stronger at higher ranks, so there's no point in using this card.
Also, it's not treated as RUM, so I can't use related cards, which is a shame.

RDM was not particularly popular.
Basically, the higher the rank of Hope, the more powerful the effect, so it's not worth spending one copy to lower the rank.
Regarding the negate effect, he does not negate tactics, which is an advantage compared to Numeron, but the range is narrow only during battle. If it's the same Hope, Lighting is usually enough.
There are ways to use it, such as adding extra materials and increasing the draw of tactics, but unlike RUM, the search method is thin, so there's no reason to use it.

It doesn't mean that you can't use it at all if you combo it. Having said that, why would you go out of your way to use a low-ranked Hope just to negate the opponent's monster's effect? That's the truth. If it's a negate effect, it also has Numeron Force, and over there you can permanently negate the entire field. A Quick-Play Spell could have been used for a follow-up attack. Needless to say, in most cases it's OK to hit multiple Lightning attacks.

In the anime, it could be used for other cards, so why is it limited to Hope...
There is no reason to return the CNos to Hope, and the roots themselves are a category that is easy to put out in 1×2, so there is no need to go out of their way to put them out.
And if you load Hope and this ≒ V and Victory will also come out = there is no need to negate when hitting.
Do you want to put out only hope so much...

If you ask me if I want to use one card in my hand to get Hope Roots, I don't think so.
For the time being, there is a combo of C Hope → Rank-Up-Magic → Rank-Down Magic repeated to fill up the materials.

Rank down in reverse of RUM. However, since it is only for "Utopia" type cards, there are too few places to use it. Downgrading a high-ranked "Hope" that can't be played without using RUM is too wasteful, and even so, there aren't many situations where you want to turn "Hope" into "Hope Roots". It's use is too limited. It's hard to say that the additional effect is in balance with the poor usability.

It's a card created with Shining Draw, so I wonder if it's exclusive to Hope...
At the beginning and after being knocked down, only Hope can be used, giving it the feel of a roots-only card.
As expected, returning V and Victory to Hope and Hope Ray again...
And if all you get is Rainbow Veil, why not equip it...?
Even if I take advantage of the increase in materials in the rank down, I just added one more to Hope and Roots.
